Brava is the classic LAGOSTINA pressure cooker. The high thickness LAGOPLAN® base is perfectly joined to the wall, assuring even cooking that does not let the food stick. Its structure allows it to be used on all heat sources. The operating valve vents the steam in complete safety. The new silicone safety valve has a double trigger to assure the utmost protection. The LEVERBLOCK® control system prevents the cooker from being opened with even a minimal pressure level. The lever handle and convenient handles in thermosetting material withstand the heat better. The package includes the Lagostina Eco Dose, to always have the right quantity of liquid in every recipe and the steaming basket.
