Briosa is the pressure cooker with the innovative operating valve with two pressure levels to optimise preservation of the food's nutritional elements during cooking. Position 1 is suitable for cooking vegetables and delicate food, as it preserves up to 35% more of the vitamin C, compared to cooking in a traditional casserole. Position 2 is ideal for meat and fish, thanks to higher pressure it speeds up cooking, halving cooking time. The encapsulated LAGOSEAL®PLUS base with three layers (steel-aluminium-steel) adapts to any cooktop and assures perfect heat distribution, reducing to the minimum the risk of food sticking. The lever handle and silicone side handles feature a chrome-plated insert that combines elegance to safety and convenience. The Eco Dose measuring cup ensures the exact amount of liquid is used, avoiding waste and resulting in perfect cooking.
