The new Cooking Fusion die-cast aluminium range is a complete and versatile range in which every item has been designed to fully exploit each cooking technique: grill, sauté, roast and stew. The special features of aluminium are highlighted by a specific high quality, multi-layer non-stick coating with a reinforced Top Coat finish for better resistance to the use of metal utensils. The coating, like all Lagostina non-stick cookware, is safe thanks to the no-PFOA, no-cadmium and no-lead guarantee and is easy to clean.
