Irradial Control is a re-visitation of the classic pressure cooker with a new feature that makes use even easier. The new 1-pressure operating valve has an extremely simple manual control, just rotate and guide the lever to directly control the vertical steam venting, minimising liquid dispersal. The triple IRRADIAL® PLUS base in steel-aluminium-steel, also suited for induction, assures perfect heat distribution for even cooking that does not allow the food to stick.
