The Briosa cookware range is produced in 18/10 stainless steel with external mirror polishing and brushed interior. The LAGOSEAL® PLUS base, compatible with any cooktop, is in encapsulated aluminium for excellent heat distribution with no risk of the food sticking. Briosa also pays special attention to comfort and safety thanks to the steel handles covered in soft touch silicone for a convenient and safe grip. The Briosa pan, thanks to its non-stick coating, is ideal for healthy and natural cooking, without using any fat. All the items in the range can be placed in the oven up to 210°.
