The Mia pressure cooker is in 18/10 stainless steel, mirror polished outside and brushed inside. The operating valve regularly vents the steam with the classic intermittent hiss. The safety valve is fitted with a double device to assure maximum protection. The triple IRRADIAL® PLUS base in steel-aluminium-steel assures perfect heat distribution. The LEVERBLOCK® control device prevents the cooker from being opened with even a minimal pressure level. The CLIP® side handles in Bakelite for enhanced heat resistance are conveniently removable and dishwasher resistant. The wire basket to enhance and support steaming and a very useful recipe book are included in the package. Mia is available in the two versions, blue and black.
