INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
2 carrots,
2 white celery stalks,
2 courgettes,
1 red onion,
1 Ecodose of vegetable stock,
½ Ecodose of dry white wine,
One knob of butter,
Extra virgin olive oil,
Salt
PREPARATION
1 Wash and clean all the vegetables. Cut the carrot into small chunks, the courgettes into wedges and the onion into quarters.
2 Chop a quarter onion and sauté it in the cooker with a tablespoon of oil and one knob of butter.
3 Add the vegetables, wine, salt to taste and cook in the open cooker for 5 minutes, stirring to evaporate the wine.
4 Add the Ecodose of hot stock, close the lid and cook for 6 minutes after the hiss. Serve with a drizzle of raw oil.
