Guitar spaghetti nests with burrata cheese

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
320g guitar spaghetti
500g tomato pulp
200g burrata cheese
80g black olives, pitted
40g salted capers
bread crumbs
1 garlic clove
1 sprig of basil
1 dried chilli pepper
extra virgin olive oil
salt
PREPARATION
1. Cut the burrata cheese into pieces and place in a strainer over a bowl to collect the liquid. Rinse the capers and submerge them in warm water. Mince the garlic after removing the core. Brown it in the wok with 3-4 tbsp oil and the chilli. Add the tomatoes and cook over a medium heat for 10 mins. Add the drained capers, chopped olives, basil, and salt.
2. Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in the pasta pot in salted water. Drain and toss them into the wok with 3-4 tbsp burrata liquid.
3. Form 4 guitar spaghetti nests using tongs and the big spoon, then place them in an oiled baking dish. Fill them with burrata cheese and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 200°C for 5 mins and decorate with fresh basil before serving.
