LINGUINE WITH AROMATIC TOMATO

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
-360 g spaghetti
-250 g grape tomatoes
-60 g sun-dried tomatoes
-60 g Taggia olives
-1 clove of garlic
-1 orange
-1 lemon
-dill
-basil
-thyme
-marjoram
-extra virgin olive oil
-salt
PREPARATION
-Start cooking the pasta.
-In the meantime, use a mixer to liquidise the tomatoes, the peel from 1 orange, the peel from 1 lemon, thyme, dill and marjoram.
-Add a pinch of salt and place in the sauce cooker, after rubbing the clove of garlic across the bottom, together with the Taggia olives. Cook while the pasta is cooking.
-Dress the pasta with the sauce and a few basil leaves.
