Turnips and black salsify

PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
2 clean turnips,
4–5 clean black salsify,
2 Ecodoses of water,
Salt and pepper,
Extra virgin olive oil,
Lemon wedges (optional)
PREPARATION
1 Put the clean and diced vegetables in the cooker basket. Pour the Ecodoses of water at the bottom, close the lid and set on the hob.
2 cook for 8 minutes after the hiss, then let the steam gradually vent and open the lid.
3 Extract the vegetables, put them on a plate and dress them with oil, salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges (optional).
