Chicken drumsticks in stout

PRODUCTS USED FOR THIS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 chicken drumsticks (about 700gr)
1 onion
salt and black pepper, freshly ground
1 ecodose of dark beer
200 ml cream
PREPARATION
1 Heat the oil in the open cooker and brown the
chicken drumsticks for a couple of minutes per side. Add the
thinly sliced onion, salt and pepper and cook without
lid for another couple of minutes, until the onion is
golden, stirring with a wooden spoon. Pour
the ecodose of beer, close the cooker, set the valve
to position 2 and cook for 6 minutes after the hiss.
2 At the end of cooking, turn off the heat, let the valve vent
and remove the lid. Add the cream and cook on a
high heat for a couple of minutes while stirring. Arrange the chicken
drumsticks in the serving plates, add a little salt and pepper.
Remove the cooker from the heat, filter the sauce with a colander
and use it to dress the chicken just before serving.
