INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE

4 large yellow peaches,

30gr butter at room temperature,

5 tablespoons sugar,

1 egg yolk,

10 amaretti,

chopped,

2 Ecodoses of water,

30gr dark chocolate

 

PREPARATION

1 wash the peaches and peel them, then halve them, core them and extract a little pulp from each half peach, using a melon baller. Put the pulp in a bowl and mix it with the softened butter, yolk and sugar. Add the chopped amaretti and use the mixture to stuff the peaches. Put the peaches in the basket with the stuffed part up. Add the water and close the lid. Cook for 6 minutes after the hiss.

2 Let the steam vent gradually, extract the peaches from the basket and lay them in the cooking juices. Cook for another 10 minutes on a high heat to thicken the sauce. Serve on a plate and decorate with chopped chocolate.
