INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
2 boxes of raspberries
2 boxes of strawberries
100gr type 00 flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons cane sugar
40gr fine white sugar
80gr butter
PREPARATION
Wash the strawberries and raspberries. Cut the strawberries into small wedges and arrange them with the raspberries in a buttered oven dish
Preheat the oven to 170°C
For the crumble, mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, then add the butter after melting it in a saucepan and quickly mix with a fork. The dough must have the texture and appearance of breadcrumbs.
Distribute the dough on the strawberries and raspberries with your fingers so they are covered. bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the crumble is nice and golden.
