Cherries in Red Wine

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
20-25 duroni or cherries
1 ecodose of Sangiovese
¼ cup of sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon
3 cloves
decorating powdered sugar
PREPARATION

Place the upitted cherries (without the stems) in the pot. Add an Ecodose of wine, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

Close the lid, set the valve on position 1 and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds after the first whistle.

Once cooked, turn off the heat, open the bleeder valve, then open the lid.

Put the cherries with their own cooking juice into individual small cups. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
